The NPR API with Javaun Moradi
The next time you’re chuckling over the latest episode of Car Talk on the go, you can thank Javaun Moradi. As the Product Manager of APIs at NPR (a position formerly held by episode #14 guest Daniel Jacobsen), Javaun leads the team that feeds NPR content to a myriad of platforms, including hundreds of member stations, the highly popular NPR.org website, mobile and partner apps, a whole family of podcasts, and more. In this episode Javaun joins Lee, Nick and Keyvan to talk about the various challenges of extending the National Public Radio experience beyond the radio; and more importantly, building digital platforms for the news and entertainment media in general.
